The first new hire product we have on offer is the Instagrid ONE Max Power Station. A new and amazing way to power your event. If your device can be powered from a normal wall socket, this power station is capable of doing the same. The One Max provides clean and constant power for sensitive electronics, especially where noise is a consideration. With 2.1kWh of available clean energy, the ONE Max is able to power a 11kW PA system for around 5-8 hours. A fantastic green solution that replaces noisy petrol generators.

We’ve also invested in a few Showtec Performer 1500 Fresnel Q6. The Performer is a 100 watt RGBALC LED Spot with high CRI and silent operations, suitable for theatrical and studio applications. It projects a bright, soft field of light within a wide 10° – 50° manually adjustable zoom range. It has a 6-colour LED Engine (RGBALC) with 16 preset colours with a high 90 % CRI for precise colour temperatures. Its 0 – 100 % dimmer function and colour engine are DMX controllable. An optional barndoor enables you to manually shape the output.

Another fixture from the Performer range that we now have available for hire is the Showtec Performer Profile Zoom 150 Q6. It has a wide (manual) zoom range from 25 to 50 degrees and 150-watt RGBACL LED profile with a high CRI of 95 for situations that demand a high quality of light. It is dimmable from 0 to 100% in 16-bit steps and its framing system, which is integrated in the optic system, lets you accurately determine the field of light. The Showtec Performer Profile Zoom 150 Q6 supports DMX and RDM. It has a strobe function that works from 0 to 25 Hz, and its forced convection cooling is silent enough to make it suitable for (TV) studios, theatres, and museums.

In the sound department we have the new JTS FGM-62T Floor Standing Carbon Boom Cardoid Microphones. The FGM 62 is the perfect multi use microphone. With a stand length of up to 62cm and a carbon length of 1.2m it is the workhorse of many schools, House Of Worship, rental and touring companies where mic pickup of speech, singing, instruments, choirs or orchestras is required. The FGM 62 provides the perfect solution for a multitude of applications. It is equally at home as a presentation mic where a lectern is not required or where an elaborate lectern is unable to accommodate a gooseneck attachment, a choir mic for discrete and accurate amplification of a choir ensemble, front of stage in order to pick up stage productions where close micing is not an option or as a supplement to the stage mics, or any situation where spot or ambient pick up is required for instruments or orchestras. The carbon boom is attached to the stand upright using a shock mount and the boom can be slid through the shock mount to allow perfect positioning.
