Nailsworth Noel – the town’s highly popular start to Christmas shopping – took place last Friday evening (November 29) and it looked like it was the best one yet!

This year’s Noel was packed full of attractions, including a Winter Wonderland – and hidden in there was Santa in his magical grotto. Our friends at Snow Business provided the seasonal snow. Amongst other attractions were the market stalls selling all kinds of locally made goods and foods. The music came courtesy of Nailsworth Silver Band, Stroud Rock Choir, The Resolution Band and DJ Dubbu, St Dominic’s School Choir and Shine on stage.

Our invlovement consisted of providing the power distribution to all of the market stalls and this year we decked out the area with our new LED festoons. Many people comented on how much brighter and colourful they were compared to last year. The main stage was outfitted with our 15″ DAP Speakers which easily filled in the Co-op car park. Our technicians were also on-hand to solve any issues that cropped up.
